cuz from what i know it does considering you burn more calories at one time. You can strength train but you have to lose the fat on top which means cardio!
as much as i love jillian michaels, Insanity would do better. This is because Jillian michaels’ workouts that i’ve seen are like 3 min strength - 2 min cardio - 1 minute abs. you repeat 3 times. so over all you only did 9 minutes of strength, 6 minutes of cardio and 3 minutes of abs. It’s all hardcore so it does work, but Insanity always had cardio. Cardio will help you lose weight the fastest, and it has strength & all that too so that you can keep the weight off. So there you go - Insanity.

i haven’t done it, but it seems reallllly hard.. i might give it a shot after Ripped In 30 , so i’ll let you know more then.
about the same as i did when i started just with muscle instead of fat. I went from 125 to 115 and for body frame & height that’s like the lowest weight i should get to being healthy, and then i gained muscle from there and i’m at 122 lbs now.
pssh i love msgs. For me, Because I just cared to be thin for the night, i went hard on guzzling water ALL day & eating fibre. i ate apples, fibre bars, granola & all that so i wouldn’t bloat. I did have some alcohol goin in but it was the only bad thing i had all day & it didn’t really effect me. But know that you should steer away from greasy food, alcohol & gum at the very least. :)
